Sometimes it just goes to show you...

that when you feel better, doesn't mean you really are better.  This goes for both physical and mental wellness.  My headaches are horrible.  They feel like migraines yet they are not.  NEWSFLASH!!!  Don't tell the doctors.  I have to go get tested for COVID on Monday.  They said that patients are arriving with the same symptoms and are positive.  Man!  I already had it, I don't want it again.

Watching accident and road rage videos.  Watch for blind holes.  Meaning, don't turn if you can't see all of the traffic, no matter if you are waved to go.

15 days until Little Bear's birthday and school starts on the same day.  What a way to have a birthday, huh?  Hope to be able to go to Reasor's and get his birthday cake.  Expensive but worth it.

Another bad day in la la land...

Since the ending of August 2019, I have been sick.  It will not let me rest.  I have had multiple issues one right after another.  Then I started experiencing headaches nonstop since October 11th.  Wheee, what fun.  Was told it was a migraine, then I was told it was muscle spasms, I think it is muscles but from tightness.  I just hope it can be worked on from the guys in Stroud.  Missed them.  I consider them my younger brothers.  I get to pick on them.  LOL

My grandson is back in a public school.  Not happy about it, but it was his decision.  When you don't want to work to learn, then you rely on public schools, which is worse than learning from your home.  So long as your parents or grandparents help.

Been doing a lot of reading.  Not much you can do when you are sick, in pain, or just being a pain.  Read Darke by Saber Vale, and some others.  Really good.  Just wish authors or their assistants read their works before putting it out to public.  A lot of typos, no spacing between words, etc.  Being a secretary/journalist you learn to proof read so don't make so many mistakes and punctuation.  The less the better.  Mistakes distract the imagery of the work.

When I am not reading I am working on my crafts.  I have too many but I switch a lot so I don't get too bored with it.  Working on placemats, my sister's TU blanket, and learning how to knit.  Still don't have that talent.

Better go, especially before I start slurring my writing.  Lots of love and joy in your life.  Merry Christmas to our troops.  Semper Fi!

So...

today I went to the doctor about my blood sugars being HIGH.  Just so you know, I do take medication and insulin for this, but lately, nothing has helped to help bring it down.  Thought the worst about the situation and feared I might have to go to the hospital to help bring them down.

Told the doc what has been going on and that I have picked up an addiction.  Now, just do you know, I normally don't eat a lot of it, but I have been craving chocolate for a few weeks.  Maybe longer.  The high sugars have been longer than that.  After hearing this and other issues, she has told me that I am now allergic to chocolate.  Seriously?!  I have ate chocolate before, just not as much as the last couple of weeks.

Also, I have had stage 3 kidney disease.  This has fixed itself, she cut back on my metformin.  I tell you, the last few years are a a beach!  I don't want to know what else may be going on.
